Hi bp, Everyone I talk to will tell me to buy where they are selling. Some say Dallas, Colorado, Kansas city, Florida, Denver, etc. well, can you share with me which is the best city to buy a duplex that will appreciate. Thanks Thanks,Hang

I just helped a client acquire a duplex for closure that needed a few thousand in cosmetics, but just sold for 140,000 and each side will rent for 850 to 900. 3 bed/2 bath on each side here in kansas city.
