Materials and Labor?

Yea I agree with Ned, Regardless of what you hear or see on someone's property package, is nothing but marketing materials.

At this point I am just trying to focus on getting their eyes on the material.

There are several things I did to improve this: - Spend a lot of time at Home Depot/Lowes and when you hire someone try to buy the materials.

I now need to locate some good marketing materials for inherit list.
