AR law disallows you "force" the tenant out using measures like changing the lock, terminating the utilities, etc. but if you serve an eviction notice and they fail to comply with the eviction there is a specific methodology and process (this part requires a lawyer) that will ultimately end in the Sheriff forcibly ejecting them from the property.

That’s because the main goal of TV shows is attracting viewers and selling commercials and being on either extreme ends, serves this purpose well.Unfortunately to educate the viewers and be informative comes second when making a TV program, with few exceptions of course.

I suggest getting more bids first off.Secondly, without knowing your market it is hard to say, but if other homes have a 2 car and yours only has a 1 car, you are best served adding the 2 car (with permits).
