Last week I bought a Foreclosure property in NJ during a Sheriff sale. Today I got my title search with some Credit card Leins and a UCC Lein. The title document only shows that the case has been open and no mention of it being closed. Is this something I need to be worried about, Do I need a lawyer??.

Welcome to BP! Liens from judgments will depend on state law, usually jr creditors become unsecured and out of luck, but a court ordered judgment may carry more weight in NJ. I would be more concerned about the UCC filing as it could be a government related debt. I have had liens released, even income tax liens. Best to check with the title company or your attorney and it's always better to look before you bid. :)
