I don't invest in Georgia so I don't know those state laws.10 years seems to be a common expiration period for tax liens, but again, you need to look up Georgia state laws to be certain.

I think if you check the Texas laws, rules, and code of ethics, you will find your thoughts are illegal for the real estate agent to take a bribe or disclose seller information without the seller’s permission.

So long as they are not a danger to themselves or others, there is no law against being nuts.If your lady is a danger, get with social services, they may come pick her up and take a "trip to the funny fram where life is beautiful all the time" (had to throw that old song in).

:D).I plan on attending law school (not sure yet of specialization, but I will be pursuing something in financials: tax, capital markets, investment banking, REITs, etc) beginning 2014, and consequently, have a "gap year" to build experience (any productive kind) and possibly earn some modest cash to put towards (near)-future investments.
