How can i get seller info from a REA that has listed the property?

I have a found a nice property that i believe would sell fast to an investor/buyer. Only problem is the home has the Brokers info posted and not the sellers. Can i work something out with the agent to attempt to get the property under contract and give the broker a incentive/comission if i can close it?
