I stuck to the modern theme - replacing light fixtures from Amazon, peel & stick flooring in the kitchen, and adding a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets and walls.

In terms of rehabbing the property, the workflow can range from throwing a coat of paint on a wall or two, to an entire gut of the mechanicals, windows, siding, and flooring.

It had old plaster walls and really needs everything updated.

It had a several signs of foundation issues to include cracked driveway, cracks in the walls, and somewhat uneven floors etc.

So, I'd like to re-plat the houses, retain them, then sell off the land since I am not a developer and don't want to deal with that part.

You need to fix the stuff behind the walls first before you start painting and paint before you install the light fixtures and.. etc..
