Don't know if you have a similar website for Ohio but I found a site called Montana Cadastral that seems to give all the title info plus property details by address (or several other search options) for free.

I found it on a website selling turnkey properties and honestly I didn't do any negotiating.

Lowes' website has a very interactive room designer page that is also helpful to create an idea for a room but I don't think it would help you at the permit office.

Reputable turn key companies stand by their product and will offer some kind of warranty.

I was finally able to dig out an old bill (they only send 'em twice a year) and get the website where I can see payoff amount ($9k) and how long these semi-annual payments last.
