Hello, my name is Delmas Gibson.  I am new to this and currently reading the no money down real estate book, looking at some podcasts.  I started working on writing my plan out and one of my goals is to purchase my first rental property this year 2019.  I just wanted to introduce myself to the group.  Hope everyone is doing well.
