Take a strong opposition to it (legally documented) for the Liabilities 2. when they do have a friend or whatever over for an after exam relax session, chill outside in the hammocks and out door pool table (just made it up, its happening though) This is for spilled drinks and trying to get away with smoking inside. also the volume will be louder sooo, idk yet.3. talk to neighboors and get them on my side.

I would, therefore, expense a water heater and not depreciate it.So I repeat what I said at the beginning of this post: the new relaxed rules with respect to expensing are - most likely - limited to items that are not an integral part of something that has to be depreciated (such as a building) as these safe harbor rules were not meant to change the principle of depreciation vs expensing.

You could hire a skip tracer like American Tracers (The owner is on BP, real good guy), or pay a someone to find and serve the notice, I think American Tracers provides both these services.In the end, you may just want to file the judgement and ping their credit for a few hundo, then save the thousands you would spend getting revenge, and use it for a relaxing vacation.
