There are probably more than a few who have posted here who have been in somewhat similar situations with late paying/non paying tenants and have waited too long to begin the process of eviction.Then when the process has started there is the frustration of waiting as things progress through the court system.Ahh...the lonely feeling of going to the mailbox, opening it and only seeing dust instead of a rent check.Gail
