Salutations,

My name is Patrick Moore, I'm 25 and ready to get into real estate investing. I have been investing in the stock market since I was 20. I know there is more money and fun in real estate though. I've grown up in the trades and have pretty much worked any type of job. My outlook on work has always been that, I want to know a enough about everything. At this point I can build a house or build your car, motorcycle, machine, you name it.

I was renting a house for a couple years, then i decided it was time to stop paying someone else's mortgage. I moved back in with my mom to save up some capital. Rich Dad Poor Dad really inspired me to look at what I was doing a lot closer. Then I found BP and started listening to their podcast and reading the forums. I am now ready to make the jump into house hacking.

I am about to put an offer in on a triplex in my ideal neighborhood. After filling out the form on BP I should be cash flowing 200+ a month plus living for free. I could not be more excited about this!
