Warm Hello to all!  My Name is Angelo, I have been researching how to invest through many platforms but keep finding myself researching Real Estate.  I think it's because of the prospects of being able to invest with just commitment and determination. I am interested in investing in Real Estate and creating a business model that is based of rental properties supplemented with flipping and have committed to doing so with little or NO money out of pocket.

Hi @Angelo Escalante

Welcome to BP. Congrats on setting such a clear goal. I would look into using an FHA loan to purchase a multifamily property with 3.5% down. It would have to be owner occupied but you can get a great interest rate right now and put very little money down to get the property. You can finance up to a 4 unit property like this. PM if you want to chat about options. I am both an investor and an agent.
