I have read and watched every podcast, youtube video, or book I could get me hands on.

Bought a couple of books and read them.

        If you have been reading about the market of Whole Sales pertaining to housing.

Reading a couple books, going to Invest Gainesville REI meetings, and doing as much consumption of bigger pockets as possible has been my curriculum.

He may be real or he may be a wannabe guru.That being said, you will never (I repeat NEVER) learn everything you need to know reading from discussion forums.I don't think probates make good candidates for wholesaling.

So we are noob investors that have been reading and researching for several weeks now.

@Michael Dang   I recall reading something not too long ago that said the huge warehouse market was overbuilt in Houston, but the small light warehouse market was underserved.I assume you're talking about the smaller projects with a rolling door and a big open space with a small office and restroom.
