Newbie in Gainesville, FL
Hey guys, I'm Flavio Avila and I'm just getting into the REI business. I m planning to spend the next 2 months on learning and educating myself before I pull the trigger. I ve lived and worked for 18 years between Ocala and Gainesville. I still have to dig a lot on Gainesville s market to understand how the prices are on different locations of the city.
I ve always one question coming to my mind: If I got a really hot deal, how easy is to find a hard money company to fund my deal, and how fast generally they lend their money? I don't have any background in real estate but some experience in rehabbing, repairs etc. It s a pleasure to be on this community and I m looking forward to share some great news with you guys.
Thanks
