No, you're not being a snitch, you're being responsible toward the public and your peers.

Call the Alabama Real Estate Commission for details but that money is there to protect the public in the event of fraud.

While she is entitled to that opinion I do not think its fair to publicly claim something is in a bad area with the data states the opposite.

Perhaps an easy solution would be to set up a small picnic area out of the public line of sight.

I want to start getting a buyer's list togetherr for wholesaling and saw that you can access public records but do you have to pay for them or is there a site that has them for free?

You can check public records to see what mortgage $$ the Seller has taken out, so you can see if they might need that $200K to sell and pay their closing costs.  

not sure that gives you a leg up ... this is usually the first step towards a foreclosure.So unless you can buy the paper.. or find a semi private lender who is hiring these folks and may sell paper... other wise it will be a short matter of time when its all public record
