Facebook/Negative feedback on an ad?
We posted a link to our rehab on Facebook to build some buzz. I figure it's cheap/why not. We've have 4-5 comments about how great the homes is, cute, and well done. As well as people tagging people who are looking for a home in it.
Today I get a comment from a lady who literally just says "This is not a good area".
So I respond that: "I respectfully disagree. While there are dangerous places to live in St Louis this isn't one of them. " I included a link to the crime map and Trulia stating its crime area is the lowest.
She responds back that: " I have lived in this area my whole life and I wouldn't pick to live on that street."
While she is entitled to that opinion I do not think its fair to publicly claim something is in a bad area with the data states the opposite. What would your response be?

As you said, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but you don't want to get into an argument about it on your facebook feed. Personally, I would just stop that conversation where it is and delete her comments from the thread.
