I'm plugged into most of the investor groups here in the Richmond market and I'm looking to expand my network here locally and outside of Richmond. 

I use airdna (paid), data.rabbu and "The Enemy Method" as well as networking with realtors and other managers in the area.

I'm diving into real estate wholesaling here in Utah and I'm seeking to build my network with wholesalers in the Ogden area.
