Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $353,000
Cash invested: $21,900

Beautiful 1100 sq.ft. Turnkey investment home. Definitely a keeper for some future cash flow. Fantastic location as well!!!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The location is beautiful with shopping centers all around.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this deal through Amazing brokers from Savvy Ent. Whom which I found on Bigger Pockets.

How did you finance this deal?

I financed my deal with my own personal finances.

What was the outcome?

We closed on a beautiful turnkey home
