Others might be fine with taking risk, but least by doing this a person can get an idea of what might go wrong.e) Legal document analysis: it will usually take a few days to go through the legal document properly, as almost inevitably there are tons of gotchas that either have to be explained, or mitigated with a side letter.That is the very short summary of what I do.

@Kristen DolotinaYES 100% a service like that existsSpeaking from experienceI had an out of state investor purchase a duplex in Texas & after closing the PM company handled the applications, screenings, placement of tenants for a 1 months rent fee.MY SUGGESTION:Google a local Real Estate Brokerage and call that number and just ask the person at the front desk (who answers the phone) who their recommendation is for a PM company and why.

But I began this reply with IF, because if they are all cash-flow positive, I would personally not seek to pay any of them off early (depending on your age), and instead save that money to put towards obtaining additional properties.
