Selecting my future Tennant

Hello All!

I am in the final phase of closing escrow on a condo in Denver.  I plan to manage the property myself but am looking for professionals to help fill my unit with reliable tenants and take them through the contract phase.  Does such a service exist?  If so, does anyone have any great reccomendations?

    Most property management companies offer a "Lease Only" service. I'd recommend contacting Colorado Realty and Property Management. If they can't help you, they probably know who can. They are very reputable.
