From what I can tell, it looks like this was passed on Oct 10. 2022 and would take effect in 90 days.Does anyone know anything more about this bill, if it has officially been passed, and if all local governments will need to follow this rule in 90 days?

The only differences in our deals are that an LLC is officially filed with the State while partnership or Joint Venture agreements do not necessarily have to be filed with any government entity.

@Wayne Brooks a counter offer is a rejection of a prior offer or agreement. https://dictionary.law.com/Def...If you have a signed agreement and present them with an addendum/amendment, you are not in contract as you have officially rejected the original agreement.

Specific to Huntington, given recent efforts by officials to raze blighted properties, improve comprehensive planning, attract new industry, and given the low ratio of new housing units build to jobs created, it appears there are opportunities in that market.

If they start to get offended or upset, just say, " this is not the official offer.
