Cold calling and sales approach
Hey guys, what's the best approach to a seller on a cold call. How do I tell them what kind of price range I'm at without making them angry or want to hang up?

@Hunter Robertson Its easier if you ask them to give you a ballpark of what they are looking to sell for. Helps you to qualify them over the phone and determine if they are actually wanting to sell or if they are just tire kickers
