My problem is spending oney already on what I think are gurus and I did this because I wanted to do the 10 hour wholesaler to get an income flow coming i while I learn-I have been told to find a mentor to help me but again they are ot going to be free.

I would definitely want a partner to show me how to be successful in real estate but then in a huge field like this, its a lot of scam artist in real estate too so me being a newbie I pray someone will mentor me and take me under their wing and show me the ropes the right way...

My name is Ty and like many others I'm just getting started in real estate, looking to use wholesaling to beef up my capital, Fix my credit and afford some breathing room.I REALLY think I need a mentor!

Take your time and list all the questions you have.Then find a local real estate group or a mentor to answer your questions.Do your homework and learn this part of the business.Save yourself the heartache of mis-steps.

I have been doing a lot of research for wholesaling and I think that is the avenue I want to use to get back in the game.I'm ready to link up with people with similar interests and I really would like to find a local mentor, if possible, to work with.Let the fun begin!
