You could spray a product called sporiciden disinfectant on the affected areas. it's on Amazon for about 50 bucks.

When I started I was above 11% but once more notes matures and/or defaulted, the performance accounted for that and adjusted to lower ROI.

Better to spend a few hundred bucks and find out it has structural damage, outdated electric, siding and roofing issues and walk away to move on to the next opportunity. 

They both typically cost about $20 bucks to attend, but that money goes directly to pay for the venue & food / drinks. 

You can go buck wild and get a yurt...I wouldn't advise.

While I understand the basic principles, processes, and benefits and have done some research, I'm really interested in your stories, strategies, and advice on choosing the right places to look, what to zero in on etc, beyond the "pick a county... dive in... the state with the best % ROI.... it depends...." etc I know that "on the cheap" sounds like  a loaded term, (just like "best bang for your buck") and is relative to the amount of resources, risk willing to take, and effort...
