I would print this out and give it to the tenant: https://www.countryliving.com/uk/homes-interiors/interiors/news/a1511/how-get-rid-of-moths/I've never known anyone who had a moth issue in their house so I did some research and I would tell the renters to keep their food in plastic containers/the fridge and make certain there isn't any open food/crumbs in the pantry.

Personal Capital tracks only that after-tax wealth which is relevant to early financial freedom, while Mint contains my entire financial position (including assets that are irrelevant to early financial freedom like the value of my car, and my retirement accounts and home equity).

If a fire starts in a new home, that tight window seal, foam insulation, Tyvek wrap...etc will allow a fire to be self contained causing no escape route for smoke and other ignition byproducts from it.
