I just got into being a real estate agent intern and I like it and all but my main focus is home investment.

The main part that concerned me was the fact a sign was posted but nothing was mentioned in the listing.

I plan on mainly focusing on buy and hold investing for the first couple years and see where the investing takes me. 

I guess my main question is, are there investors who are just looking for a long term investment for their money?
