Have you ever looked into a legit credit repair company?

How legit are they?

My experience so far after calling 25-30 "lenders" is one scam artist, and seven fax numbers, one legit lender that does not lend into my state.

.- Finding a legit school online to get my real estate license. ( there are so many, I have no idea if I might encounter some fraudulent company)-Putting contracts together -Trying to create a website -Trying to find a mentor to help in the learning process.Things I need to do...- Create a buyer/investor's list (where to find them is a bit challenging, but I plan on looking at the yellow pages.)

Now it's time to build a platform for the next stage.

Sounds like your real estate sales and leasing experience are a great platform from which to start your own investing.

I would say there is a chance that this is some sort of scam, but then again, there is always that remote possibility it is legit.

If the comps are legit, there isn't anything major on the inspection, then this looks like a great deal to me!
