I have a few leads that I'm going to make an offer to, and I would like to throw in a second option that doesn't require my financing.  

On the first occasion that the same problem occurred, he was still getting SOME promotional emails from BP, but none relating to his followed threads, which leads him to believe that the problem is:- the "Re-verification" email that needs to be received is originating from the SAME email source that has been blocked in the first place (which could be a specific email server process that created the glitch).

Tell EVERYONE what you do and tell them you pay for leads. after enough time the deals will start to come to you

Cost effective methods for reaching leads in those states

I have tried the mailman lead, that works great.  

The idea of being able to spend one week working and 3 weeks as a Stay-at-home-dad with his girls (truly leading a kind of 4 hour work week suggested by Tim Farris) and becoming financially free within 5 years (give or take)  is a dream come true for him!

What lead generation software would anyone recommend?

Being new to the business, I am on the lookout for another experienced wholesaler or flipper here in Columbus to guide me through my first few deals in exchange for a chunk of the profit once the leads start rolling in (hopefully).
