I'm new to BP and so far am impressed with the wealth of knowledge available on this site. I'm just starting to get into RE investing and would like to know, what are the best sites to go look for current multi family property in your area? I've looked around and found some but they seem to be outdated or not current listing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
