All the stuff you have to do to accomidate mankind is quite overwhelming, and the only thing you can discriminate on is income, or lack of it.

Lack of laundry facilities is a big turn off.

So if the boiler did not fire up/start they should of noticed it but they might not of notice the lack of heat depending on how long they ran it for. 

We have looked into metal building homes, pole barn homes (Mortons Buildings) and financing can be tough due to lack of comps.

I just think we maybe need to be careful not lump everyone together until we really know if they are one of the bad apples, or few good ones.I know that would be irresponsible and careless of me to do, and would hurt the whole industry, that a lot of jobs rely on.I started out rehabbing in 1994.
