Develop a plan of action that includes the type of property you want and the investment you are willing to make in the property.

I spent a lot of years doing pretty well financially by the world's standards but since I didn't really have a clear vision of what I wanted in the future, it was impossible to come up with a clear actionable plan to get there.

So I’m looking for a way to automate getting notified of those actions, having 30 agents remember to email me won’t work.

Given my timeline to purchase a home around Sept/Oct, I am hoping to house hack a home that is readily livable and requires little to no repairs.Next Steps:Now that I have obtained a great deal of real estate and wholesaling knowledge, I need some help getting out there and taking actions.

I think at this point we just need to be ready to take action in case things change drastically over the next 2 years...for better or for worse....

In order to take the leap and commit to taking action, I decided to sell one of my SFR in order to 1031 exchange it into a Self Storage facility.I have a business partner that has done a number of commercial transactions and investing.  

@Joyce Jackson -  If she's paid rent, she has bought that month, so don't take any action.
