As mentioned, the difficult thing is refreshing the living units in time to show them and seeing the revenue take a nose dive.Let alone if you have to do evict paperwork... :( this is why I'm creating a super clear but fair lease to prevent and mitigate volatility/turnovers....

Take photo's of each door get estimate from a contractor to refinish,, deduct costs from damage deposit, and be thankful it's only one side of the doors,, hopefully..Just make sure the SD statement is out in time,, Just another reason to rent PET FREE..
