Hello

I have 3 bedroom doors that all look like this.  I used a wood marker and it seems to help out alot . How would you charge them for this? It will take me a long time to do 3 doors or should I get a estimate from someone else.  I dont mind doing it my self but im not doing it for free and not sure how to charge them.

thanks

Repair costs are never deducted from a security deposit while a tenant is still living in the property for the simple reason that the deposit is to be only used for damage found at time of move out. If the deposit is used during the tenancy there will be nothing left to use to cover any damage found when they do leave. The deposit is a landlords leverage, you never want to give it up.
