Hi everyone,

I am wondering what everyone thinks of this scenerio. One is near retirement has around 200k cash waiting to be invested and the ability to take out a mortgage up to 1M. What would you do with respect to investing in real estate. What would your investment strategy be and why? Please discuss:)!! Thanks in advance

Study....if you intend to invest in real estate there is far more for you to learn than can be covered in a simple thread. Dedicate the next 6 months to a year reading, listening and consuming everything you can find on money management, real estate, etc.

Plenty to learn, start by listening to all the BP pod casts and reading all reference books.
