The market seems a little inflated and there really isn't much appreciation there but if you can find property that positively cash flows and someone else is paying it down for you it's a base hit.

In the first floor unit, it is in the basement (which is very open to the main floor, presumably designed this way intentionally for the heat to rise; in the second floor unit it is in the kitchen.
