Plenty of mixes and other dogs are labeled as "pit bulls" which probably inflates the statistics. 

The market seems a little inflated and there really isn't much appreciation there but if you can find property that positively cash flows and someone else is paying it down for you it's a base hit.

In the first floor unit, it is in the basement (which is very open to the main floor, presumably designed this way intentionally for the heat to rise; in the second floor unit it is in the kitchen.

Use the money as a down payment on a property in a neighborhood on the rise and have a mortgage and less cash flow.

It seems interest rates aren't rising this year (for now) and I will of course continue to save more.
