I own property in two states I can’t imagine trying to keep that all straight.  

I imagine it looks very impressive to inexperienced buyers.

Wuts going on BP community so I’m starting my journey in real estate and I have a full time job I need to get my phone ringing I know ..I put out 20 signs about a week ago to test out the waters and I got one call so far but I live In a real Spanish based community so the call didn’t go well It’s a challenge to negotiate in English imagine in Spanish smh I gotta practice on that aspect but I guess my real question is how do u know if ur in a good market is it population,house prices,cash transaction 

If they let their houses fall into massive states of disrepair with their own equity on the line, I can't imagine they would be likely to suddenly change their ways so that the house could be properly rehabbed and shown - especially with your money and time riding on it.  

I don’t tend to take things to heart but I know that you say it can’t be done yet I have seen people with no money become rich beyond imagine with the right path and I was just seeing if maybe I could get the attention of someone willing to put a little faith in a hardworking business. 

For example, imagine this via email: "I have a leak", "what is leaking?"

I would imagine the interest would cost too much.

Two questions:1) Since these are loan proceeds, not revenue or income, I imagine the LLC would not get taxed on these proceeds. 2) If the LLC turns around and distributes those loan proceeds out evenly to the 2 LLC members, how are those proceeds treated for tax purposes?

I’m imagining having to pay your handyman to literally sit in your home for up to 3 hours (or maybe more!) 

As you can imagine, prices are expensive on the east coast so I am looking to make my next investment in my home town (Milwaukee, WI).
