There is some uncertainty about how the market in this above area is handling the Pandemic impact, but I'm willing to wager that Government money and contracts + extra stimulus are keeping demand up.

There are some rules and regulations surrounding that, but so far, I think the government has been very lenient.

Government pencil pushers create rules without considering the consequences.

Then everyone could use this and mail a copy to their local representative at both levels of government.

There isn't much you can do about the government spending money like a drunken sailor and wreaking havoc with poor policy. 

So we may see the fed continue to prop and the government continue to spend.

I can't imagine that being the case considering I'm not a church.I intend to call the local zoning office tomorrow but getting a live person on the phone in the government is tough these days.

Really your own lease terms with them govern the actions more than any state statutes.  

Government can assist to keep things afloat for longer, but I don't see how long they can possibly keep doing it. 

@Amber Ponte It's going to be pretty hard to do that unless you know people on the city council and/or who work in the local government.
