Wrong forum, sorry everyone.

It almost seems like its to good to be true.I know a lot of people on here will say it is not worth it because everything I need will be on here and I cannot learn enough from this website and forum but to have somebody coach you along the way with a invested interest is very appealing.

Since we've gotten serious a few weeks ago, I've pored over Rich Dad books, Morris Invests' YouTube videos, Podcasts, and of course the BP forums and Webinars.

I've been reading these forums like it's my religion and I came across a post recently about FHA loans and how the limit is 4.

Maybe read The Book on Investing with Low and No Money Down by Brandon Turner (or just start searching that topic on these forums) for more ways to get creative with the financing.

I’ve only flipped a couple of homes and held a few rental properties so far but they turned out to be quite lucrative so I hope to learn as much as I can on this forum so I can hopefully rely on real estate investing as our sole livelihood for the future.
