If it's a restaurant some of the equipment it costs a lot of money to remove so the landlord would rather find a food tenant again to go in.It's just like any other trade in that there is a lot of junk out there with a few good deals.

Tennessee has a great property data website and yes, they are listed as owners of the property along with a Parcel #.

I have 7.5 acre parcel that I'm looking to develop and potentially could add another 15 acres, and not sure what I should develop the lots for: single families, I can put 12 lots or do down homes instead.

That is not a good reputation for an appraiser to have.I could unload some more, but it's Thanksgiving and I have to digest 10 pounds of food, at least I feel like it's 10 pounds worth, so I don't want my suffering to influence yours.
