If our lenders can't get you financing, I have a hard time believing you will find it elsewhere.

If we are able to get a property under contract what is the best way to find cash buyers.

You would be much better off finding a job that can at least cover your living costs while you build your portfolio.

Best bet is to contact your trusted lender or other financial institutions to compare offers to find the best interest rates and terms that suit your investment strategy.  

It's harder to program, the app is less user friendly, I find it glitchy and it drains the batteries much faster than the Kwikset.

Find a real estate investment group and hang with like-minded people.

I can't find it now, but that is what I remember.Regarding the transfer of the title, I did a survey of lenders a few months ago about valuation of a working STR vs just a house and LLC title transfers.I surveyed 10 or 12 lenders.
