AirBNB is still a good place to find MTR tenants as well.

Out of the 50 addresses zero will probably be interested in selling so it's a numbers game before you find the one. 

I find on-market deals all the time.

I've reached out to banks, district courts and county to find where I could get a list.

Please let me know if you find a good process So far, it has been setting up searches on LoopNet, Crexi, BizBuySell, and checking out Zillow with keywords like "Cabin, cabins, resort, resorts, multiple, venue, campground" That has helped me find some that I reach out to.
