It may not work for everyone but it has changed my life, just try it.Also on a side note, the more knowledge you have, the less fear will be present.

I guess that is my fear...and not sure how people get over this risky hurdle?  

Checking the unit every 2 weeks will only compound your fears.

The driver's fear they will get robbed.Before I buy a deal, I gather a lot of information and data about a property.

A huge deterrent to reaching the point of an eviction is a tenant's fear: Where will they live with an eviction on their record?

i got craigslist to take the ads down but i still received questions about it for a couple weeks.some of the people, like a recent grad i spoke with were definitely falling for itmy worst fear was that someone would manage to make it inside the house and then id have a problem getting them out, so make sure property is well secured

My physical address is pretty difficult to find, so my odds of stalking are pretty slim.
