5 unit in Ohio - Property needs minor rehab - expected close date Nov. 2nd.-7th.

I've paid all the property taxes up-to-date as well as the home owners insurance.

To date, I have no real estate or rehabbing experience and I am looking to start flipping houses.

They did nothing and told me to wait until the moratorium expires in August. 

I’ve only done property purchases and rented them out or flipped them to date. 

They may issue the policy with a condition of "proof of work completion within a specific date (i.e. within 60-90 days).

@Doris Moore As others have stated, I prefer purchasing properties where the tenants are either on month to month leases or their current lease will soon be expiring. 

As for comps, setting your date search criteria back a few years will give you the best results for such a one off property. 

I'm open ears, open messages, and ready to listen up like we're on a first date!     

I have been exploring PB lately and noticed that when searching posts the search result will list a date from this year, but when you click the post to read through its thread, the post and replies are all from years ago... am I misunderstanding how the dating displays?
