I got really excited and decided to move forward and keep doing what i did the first time.

I can understand getting excited when this amount of money is involved, but if I recognized that a seller was not a professional seller, I would most certainly get a signed contract before going to the money guys and having them move that amount of cash around.  

Yes, that was really exciting news about Mammoth buying Big Bear and Snow Summit after I purchased my Big Bear Cabin.  

I am very excited to have discovered this website. 

I assume on equity deals, platforms have weigh getting the money now while an investor "excited" about it vs waiting a month or so to request funding. 

So I am very excited at the possibility of taking the money I do have and getting it to turn into more money via real-estate.

Getting started can be very exciting but also overwhelming.  

I'm very excited about what I see and where it's going and look forward to getting involved as much as possible.
