Three books that have really helped change my mindset and help keep me actively engaged are "The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod, "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and "Finish" by Jon Acuff.

But out our way the ONLY time your engaging an attorney is if your in a lawsuit or your buying very expensive 8 figure complicated projects.. if its just rentals no need.. not that complicated .. 

Now me I would have lost half of them in the negotiation stages I simply take it to personally... and this is very true with FSBO.. you need the buyer and seller NEVER to meet or engage they kill move deals than carters got pills

You need to step back, stop engaging with your tenant and learn your state landlord tenant regulation.

I can't see myself (yet) engaging in a deal like that.But, I'm also a guy with 3 total doors.
