Best Multifamily Syndication Resources

Hello everyone, I’ve been interested in owning apartment communities for quite some time and would like to work with a more experienced partner in the future. But, for now, I’d like to educate myself as much as possible. I’m 22, pursuing an engineering degree in Colorado Springs but have grown up in Atlanta, GA.

In your opinion, what are the best books, tools, calculators, podcasts, etc. to get started?

My goal is to land my first syndication deal with a mentor in the next 12 months. Anything helps!
