@Jeff Lee average bird dog fee is around $500, but I’m not sure why he needed you to make the deal?

Don’t borrow against your house where you live , losing a rental is one thing ,being thrown out on the street like a dog is another ! 

Anybody and their dog can claim to be a wholesaler.

I have an inquiry from people with a service dog.

It’s well maintained and has a large yard backing up to woods/trails which we enjoy for our dog and hiking.

You could link up with a real estate agent or a bird dog in that market and cut them in.

In short, they are creating bird dogs with their programs throughout the country.I personally chose to seek after a firm that was doing deals but not offering a coaching program.

Maybe 30,000 is high...but I guarantee you it will NOT be $2,000.Sorry, this one is so much of a dog it's not even funny.

They don't know how to handle six people co-workers wanting to rent a 3-bed house, or the tenant that sneaks in five dogs, or the difference between a pet and a service animal and an ESA.
