My plan for 2020 is to learn commercial real estate & buy an apartment building through syndication. My question is this: Peter Harris (Commercial property Advisors)  or Brad Sumrock or any other mentor you can recommend? If anyone has a great mentor they have used or are currently enrolled with please kindly share your experience. Want to get the ball rolling Jan 2020. Thank you.

@Bayo Adebowale

For those who are seriously considering getting into Multifamily Syndication getting a PAID mentor is a no-brainer.

That is exactly what I did in the beginning and it has definitely changed the landscape for me. There are a ton of mentors out there in the syndication space, so take your time to vet them and interview their current students.

One thing I like to say is: Mentors aren't Magicians, they simply act as a guide and as an accountability partner, as most of the technical know-how you need to buy and manage apartments are out there on the internet.
