This interview is an extensive 60-90 minute walk through their occupational and personal history to really get to know who they are by asking questions that dig deeper into who they are in multiple situations.

I would try to not let emotion play a role here and outweigh what it says on paper as to what makes the most sense to do- ergo being too eager to have one buy and hold property if it made more sense to sell.

The other side of the coin is that there will truly be a few evictions that are not warranted, and you can look deeper into an eviction case.
